  9.           pbmtobg - convert a portable bitmap into BitGraph graphics

  11.      SYNOPSIS
  12.           pbmtobg [rasterop] [x y] < pbmfile
  13.  
  14.      DESCRIPTION
  15.           Reads a portable bitmap as input.  Produces BBN BitGraph
  16.           terminal Display Pixel Data (DPD) sequence as output.

  18.           The rasterop can be specified on the command line.  If this
  19.           is omitted, 3 (replace) will be used.  A position in (x,y)
  20.           coordinates can also be specified.  If both are given, the
  21.           rasterop comes first.  The portable bitmap is always taken
  22.           from the standard input.

  24.           Note that there is no bgtopbm tool.
